I have recently downloaded your wonderful WPBoxedTech site, but I do not know how to change the title in the header to reflect my site’s name instead of the your theme. Could you tell me how to change it please.

just change the logo.gif file with you own logo/title. The file is located at images folder.. eg: ….wp-content/themes/WPBoxedTech/images

Hassan, please make sure you read all instruction before posting problem here.
Your answer:
“6. For post creation, make sure you put the post thumbnail, otherwise, the default thumbnail will be shown.”
In post creation/edit form, you’ll find the option to put your post thumbnails under the post content editor. See this screenshot:
