Microsoft plans to stop the Windows Live OneCare subscription-based service and introduce their new free security software for personal computers, codenamed “Morro”. All the data then downloaded to a computer for evaluation after vehicle returns to a predetermined point. On the other hand, the “Active” vehicle tracking system transmits all these data in real time to an owner computer or cellular phone for evaluation.
