Hi, I installed this theme but footer is not showing up.
What can be the problem?

The only thing you need to concern about the footer is the flickrRSS plugin. You need to install and configure the plugin in order to make it work. View here for more details:

Did that but still not working, I looked into footer.php and it contains a very long inflate code. actual footer content is in file footer_bottom.php which is not being called anywhere.
Can you explain that to me.
